Refund & Return

We hope you love the new products from madeix, but in case you are not 100% satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days since you received the package.

 

How to return?

  1. Contact our customer service at madeix@hotmail.com.comfor return address or shipping label. Please note, we DO NOT provide prepaid labels, customers need to pay the return shipping, and the original shipping cost is nonrefundable.
  2. Drop your return package at any courier company you find convenient, and email your tracking number and tracking link to madeix@hotmail.com.
  3. Wait for the delivery, once we confirmed your return, we’ll send you the refund or exchange. Refunds will be sent back in the method of original payment, usually it takes 3-7 business days for PayPal or credit card banks to deal with the refunds,

 

Returns will only be accept in the following conditions:

1.Items are in their original packaging.

2.Tags remain attached to item.

3.Item not used.

 

We DO NOT accept returns for the following:

1.Items received are not in their original condition.

2.Items without their original tags attached.

3.Items received without authorization.

5.Item that are marked or damaged in any way.

* Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. In this instance, the returned item WILL NOT be sent back to the consumer.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
